Definition and Description

Intellectual property

  1.   2. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:

  • Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit information about software viruses or other computer codes, files and programs that interfere with, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or communication equipment;
  • Users need to ensure that their uploaded content does not violate the relevant regulations of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, including but not limited to the "Internet Audio-Visual Program Service Management Regulations" (SARFT Order No. 56), etc., and the uploaded programs should comply with laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules.     6. Inducing minors to commit crimes and exaggerate violence, pornography, gambling, and terrorist activities;
    7. Insulting or slandering others, infringing on citizens' personal privacy and other legitimate rights and interests;
    8. Endangering social morality and damaging national excellent cultural traditions;
    9. Other content prohibited by relevant laws, administrative regulations and national regulations. Disclaimer

  1. We are exempt from liability for the failure of us to provide services due to the following reasons:
  • Our systems are down for maintenance or upgrades;

  • Your equipment hardware and software, communication lines, and power supply lines are faulty;
  • Due to your improper operation or using our services in a way not authorized or approved by us;

User Uploaded Content

  1. The content uploaded by users to My Bao only expresses personal positions and opinions, and does not represent our positions or opinions.   4. APPLICATION AND JURISDICTION OF LAWS

The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. CHANGES, INTERRUPTIONS AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES

After My Bao terminates the provision of services to you, it has the right to delete your personal information according to the requirements of applicable laws, or make it anonymized, and also has the right to continue to save your personal information stored in us according to the time limit and method of laws and regulations. Fee Terms

If there is a possibility of a price reduction or promotion for a service, My Bao does not provide price protection or refunds.
  3. The payment method used by the user to purchase the built-in service of My Bao is provided by a third party, and My Bao is not responsible for possible delays, errors, etc. in the payment process.

Terms of Changes and Notices

My Bao has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary, please check the relevant content regularly. If the user continues to use the services involved in this agreement, it is deemed to agree to the modified content; if the user does not agree to the modified content, the user should terminate this agreement and stop using the relevant services.
